Basic Life Support

The American Heart Association BLS course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. The AHA’s BLS Course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings.

HeartSaver: FirstAid, CPR, AED

The American Heart Association’s Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course trains participants to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. The AHA’s Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements, to anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting.

Fire Extinguisher Training

This program is intended to introduce you to the basic elements of fire extinguisher use in case of fire in the workplace and techniques of fire preparedness. Fire kills, injures, and disables people, destroys property, and causes the loss of jobs. Property loss each year is in the billions of dollars. Portable fire extinguishers are often the first line of defense against fire in the workplace. Many times during the early stages of a fire, it can be controlled by using an appropriate portable fire extinguisher. This course includes Live Fire Training.
